Our Class Schedule

A CrossFit class is a 60-minute, coach-led workout that includes a warm-up, skill or strength training, a high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down. Each class varies daily and combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements. Expect a supportive community, scalable workouts for all fitness levels, and a fast-paced, challenging environment designed to build overall fitness.

5am, 6am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

8am & 9am
